To access backups of your files, simply open the backup destination (or if you’ve encrypted your backups, open them within Book Backup itself) – and copy the files you want to recover.

Q. How can Book Backup work with Gmail?
Book Backup can backup your files via e-mail. That means it sends copies of your files (best compressed into one small zip file) to a specified e-mail address.
Many leading e-mail providers, including Gmail, now provide
gigabytes of free e-mail storage – it just makes sense to use these as a “storage” system for your backups.
Whenever you wish to recover your work, simply login to your e-mail and retrieve the last e-mail sent – and open the attachment to restore your files!
